Swimming or Roller Skating?

I haven't been swimming in a while and i really want 2. But I love roller skating and have been practicing and getting really good but i go every weekend. Which I do?

Swimming or Roller Skating?
I would say do both.


But, they are both really good for you.


They both keep you fit.


But, from what I know swimming keeps and gets you


in shape faster then roller skating.
