Would it be legal for a dwarf to wear roller skates and be towed around by a great dane dog?

i.e. would he need a licence?

Would it be legal for a dwarf to wear roller skates and be towed around by a great dane dog?
Might be technically legal but I recall you can still get charged for riding a horse home from the pub after 5 too many. Practial question is if the dwarf can see over the dane to steer doggy on course and if doggy stops quick, does dwarf have anything to prevent faceful of doggy backside?

Reply:Lol good idea! You don't need a licence for the dog (a least not in the UK anymore) and if you stick to the pavements and fields etc you won't need any kind of motoring licence either. Good luck and enjoy! Just don't go crazy OK? :-)
