Reply:It's "Brand new key" back from the days when our parents had a rollerskate key. The wheels used 2 come off %26amp; they would have runners 2 wear. That was Melanie and the song was entitled Brand New Key. It can be found on the Boogie Nights Soundtrack as well as her compilation albums. Her most popular song was actually "Lay Down (Candles in the Rain)" which was from her Woodstock audience lighting candles during her set. Personally I like "Brand New Key" the best followed by her "Animal Crackers" song which I encourage you to find and check out. It is her Tortured voice that attracted me to her and the slight humor and innocence in her music. Also performed by "The Bast*** Fairies" and is called "The Rollerskate Song"
