or should I buy aggressive blades instead, so I can use 'em for playing roller hockey and cross training as well. Thanks!
Is it advisable to use roller hockey skates for cross training?
You can wear roller hockey skates to cross train, but I would suggest buying some extra sets of wheels to have on hand. I wear mine outside of roller hockey and have never had a problem, except for the pavement tearing up the wheels.
Reply:you can, but i'm sure anyone would advise you to buy more aggressive blades so they will hold up easier. roller hockey skates will do just fine though if you don't have much cash.
