I will be going to Taiwan this dec. Can anyone advise me where to get cheap and good roller blades in Taipei or Taichung. I'm looking for the brand of Rollerblades or K2. Does anyone know what is the pricing range of the above mentioned brand?

Reply:i bought my skates at the shop near shilin.
Reply:Go to department store such as like Sogo or ShinKong-Mitsukoshi, they are on sale now (annual anniversary and coming christmas and winter sale...etc)
Check price there first.
Of course there are some other sports store/shop in Taipei and Taichung.
In Taipei, ride the MRT to "公館" (Gongguan) station, there are some cheap shops there.
Reply:There's a shop in Taichung that sells skates. I'm not sure if there cheap, but It's a specialty store that sells skates and provides skating lessons. It's located in front of the National Museum of Natural Science, directly across the road from Caves Bookstore. I'm not sure about the price though.
