Get and skateboard and do some power slides. Sounds a lot better.
How Do You Make That Screeching Noise When YOu stop on roller skates ?
The noise is just friction. The faster you stop the louder the noise. if you are going fast and put a lot of power into your stop you will make the noise. you also have to condsider the type of wheels you have and the kind of surface you are on. For example are you in a parking lot or on a roller hockey rink surface? The sounds wil be different.
Reply:I agree, I Played as an adult and coached pee wee and junior inline hockey for a number of years, and found that the type of wheels used and the surface you skate (hockey stop) on will create different noises.
