I got some Roller Derby Cobra Speed Skates for Christmas. Do I have to break these in? When I got them, the wheels didn't move around aot so i rode them through the house(my mom doesn't know lol). the wheels loosend up but are they "broken in" yet????

You will break them in the more you wear them. /They will get a little more comfortable the more you wear them..
The wheels not rolling, that could be the nuts are screwed on to tight.. or the bearing in the wheels could be a lower grade ABC 3,4,5 all are not really great for getting lots of spin on the wheels. ABC 7-9 are great.
Cobra Skate are for the type of skater that just skates for fun less than once a week. If you are planning on skating more than that you should get a pair of ridel skates.
